Charity Fundraiser Event Guidelines
Pizzeria FAVO and you will mutually select a date to hold a fundraising event for your organization. You will invite all your friends and family to come to FAVO and buy dinner. FAVO will provide you with a Charity Event Invitation Flyer that you may use. All event attendees must present (paper or media format both accepted) Invitation Flyer at time of purchase. Flyers may not be distributed on this date at the FAVO restaurant site. FAVO will donate 20% of all sales from the charity event attendees’. FAVO reserves the right to choose and approve all organizations and arrangements in its complete discretion. Please submit this completed form to the Manager at your local FAVO. Form must be received at least 3 weeks before requested date of event. No guarantees or warranties of any kind are made by FAVO as to the success, (anticipated or otherwise) of any event.
FAVO will not support organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual preference, age, or disability.
